Returns
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a full refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number
- Photos and a description of the issue
- Requests must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If your shirt doesn’t fit or you’d like a different color, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
- What can be exchanged: Size and color exchanges are available on all apparel items.
- How to request an exchange:
Contact us at help@loveoutloudshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the new size/color you need. - Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. - Process:
Once we receive your exchange request, we’ll provide you with return instructions and process your new order as soon as the original item is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
